Sales Executive For Distributor Of Construction Material/Batangas

Job Qualifications:
? Candidates with a degree in Business, Marketing, architecture, or Civil Engineering.
? Minimum of two (2) years' experience in sales and marketing in the same industry or construction.
? Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales
? Required skill(s): negotiation skills, communication skills, keen to details, dedicated and passionate in achieving monthly sales quota
? With motorcycle is an advantage as long as willing to use for field works but not a requirement.
? Salary range for provinces – Area minimum + 2, 000 Sales Allowance

Job Description:
? Ensures achievements of annul sales target
? Promote/sell product and service of company to current and prospective customers
? Creates customers master list, profiles and schedules necessary for territorial efficiency
? Create and recommend action plans to achieve corporate goals
? Create and submit territory activity reports to Sales Supervisor on a timely basis
? Survey new opportunities/customers for company products and services
? Promotes and maintain a professional relationship with customers (external and internal)
? Handles all customer complaints and concerns promptly
? Monitors timely placement and delivery of sales orders
? Ensures prompt collection of payment
? Implement company marketing plans and strategies
? Fulfill other duties as directed by Immediate Superior
