Qualifications:? College graduate or undergraduate of BS in Interior Design with a background in civil engineering? Preferably has sales experience with construction materials? Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data? With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles? Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships? Enthusiastic and passionateResponsibilities:? Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials? Able to take over and manage some accounts? Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs? Hit sales target? Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas? Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal? Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyaltyWork Location:? Boni Ave., cor San Joaquin St., MandaluyongWork Schedule:? 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to SaturdayJob Type: Full-timeCompensation:Daily, Php962.538 daily or Php25,000.00 basic salary per monthplus Php3,000 Transportation allowanceSchedule:? 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:? 13th month salary
