Sales Executive For Construction Materials/25K/Mandaluyong

Qualifications:
? College graduate or undergraduate of BS in Interior Design with a background in civil engineering
? Preferably has sales experience with construction materials
? Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data
? With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
? Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
? Enthusiastic and passionate

Responsibilities:
? Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials
? Able to take over and manage some accounts
? Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs
? Hit sales target
? Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
? Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
? Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

Work Location:
? Boni Ave., cor San Joaquin St., Mandaluyong

Work Schedule:
? 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation:
Daily, Php962.538 daily or Php25,000.00 basic salary per month
plus Php3,000 Transportation allowance

Schedule:
? 8 hour shift

? 13th month salary
