About The Role:
The overall objective of the Sales Executive, Philippines is to promote the client's Storage's range of products and secure major projects in Philippines.
The Sales Executive for Philippines is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals within Philippines. This role involves managing channel sales partners, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
The Sales Executive, Philippines will be responsible for searching and managing opportunities in Philippines, as well as establishing and supporting Partners and Key Accounts located within Philippines.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Sales Development: Develop and implement effective sales plans for Philippines market to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in Philippines to identify opportunities and threats. • Use this information to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in Philippines. • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets for Philippines.
• Track performance against these targets and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Training: Train partners to ensure continual improvement in sales, capability, knowledge, performance and profitability
• Marketing: Implement marketing plans set out by the marketing team and support distributors marketing activities in Philippines.
Market Awareness
• Awareness: Local market awareness in terms of economic, political and risk assessment.
• Local Environment; Influencers: A strong understanding of Philippines environment and routes to market. Good knowledge and understanding of key projects/segments and relevant stakeholders/influencers with the end goal in securing the Orders.
Teamwork
• Team player: A good team player able to work with other colleagues in Southeast Asia and with the regional factories.
• Effective Communication: Communicating with colleagues from different departments for smooth workflow process.
Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or engineering related field.
? Proven experience in Sales in Philippines preferably Sales experience related to building architectural hardware industries will be an added advantage.
? Postgraduate working experience of 5 years and above.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven information to secure Orders.
? Must be willing to work M-F (9am to 6pm) in Chinatown Binondo, Manila
? Must be willing to travel locally in the Philippines if needed
? Must be willing to attend training in Malaysia for 2 weeks all expense paid by client upon start of employment.
