MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:- Candidates with a degree in Business, Marketing, architecture, or Civil Engineering. - Related experience is an advantage- Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales - Required skill(s): negotiation skills, communication skills, keen to details, dedicated and passionate in achieving monthly sales quota - With motorcycle is an advantage as long as willing to use for field works but not a requirement- STARTING SALARY: Area MinimumPOSSIBLE AREA ASSIGNMENT:-NCR-Cavite-Batangas-Bicol-Cebu -DavaoKEY ROLES:- Ensures achievements of annual sales target - Promote/sell product and service of company to current and prospective customers - Creates customers master list, profiles and schedules necessary for territorial efficiency- Create and recommend action plans to achieve corporate goals - Create and submit territory activity reports to Sales Supervisor on a timely basis NOTE: This is DIRECT hiring / NOT under Agency
