What is this role about?
The role acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information or advice about products and services with the objective of achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
What will YOU do? Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences Showcase and demonstrate the features and benefits of our range of vehicles to prospective buyers Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery of the vehicle Close sales and achieve monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively promote our brand Attend sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate records of sales, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals What will YOU need? Graduate of any four year course. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with customers and work well in a team environment Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals Knowledge of automotive products and market trends Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Valid driver's license Willing to be assigned in Bauang, La Union
