Sales Executive - Batangas (Trade Sales- Urgent)

About us Golden Acres is a fast-growing, owner-run food supply chain company with 170 employees. We source food products both locally and internationally and distribute nationwide to hotels and restaurants, traders, supermarkets, and sub-distributors. Currently, we mainly deal with frozen meat products with plans for a steady product range extension. We store and process products both in external and in-house cold storage warehouses. Work location is at the border between Taguig and Pasig, Barangay Ibayo-Tipas. Commuting there can be challenging, and we therefore only accept applications from candidates with a relatively short commuting distance or willingness to relocate.

Qualifications & experience Minimum 3-5 years of solid sales experience in the Food Service Sector Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent negotiation, oral, and written communication skills Good analysis and presentation abilities Preferably residing in Batangas province Tasks & responsibilities Acquire and grow new accounts within the hospitality sector, specifically hotels and restaurants Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty Provide guidance and training to junior sales employees to enhance their skills and performance Assist junior sales executives in closing accounts when necessary Implement a strict tracking tool to monitor and achieve monthly sales targets, ensuring proper account management Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services, forecast sales, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies Stay updated on current market trends and identify opportunities for product improvements Analyze competitor products to determine features, benefits, and market success Prepare comparative data and attend monthly business reviews, meetings, sales events, and training sessions Benefits Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
