Scope & Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving goals and revenue targets in Retail Banking across assigned regions by developing strategic plans and implementing innovative marketing strategies, including increasing activation rates.Builds and manages relationships with business partners, particularly Relationship Managers and Accounts Officers.Supports Banca Heads in daily operations to ensure target attainment.Collaborates with various departments (e.g., BLU, Finance, Claims, Policy Services) on sales-related initiatives.Submits regular productivity reports to channel heads.Prepares and presents sales and profit performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Handles client and partner requests, such as quotations and policy issuance.Ensures Sales processes align with Technical/Underwriting Procedures and compliance standards.Addresses and resolves channel concerns promptly.Handles issues from distributor clients.Consult internal stakeholders on operational challenges affecting sales.Provides frontline management for the department.Allocates resources based on priorities and within budgetary limits.Drives innovation projects to enhance channel growth.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.At least 2 years of sales experience.Experienced Bancassurance Sales professional with knowledge in non-life insuranceKnowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: Background working in the banking industry is a big plus.
