**For the Sales Executive/Account Executive**
- Establishes a list of prospective clients and prioritizes market research based on the criteria set or as per management's direction.
- Promotes Delbros Group services to prospective clients.
He/she must prepare complete, succinct and accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and attend client meetings.
- Prepares regular client reports and attends client meetings.
- Develops sales and marketing strategies in close collaboration with the BD Director and Sales Managers.
- Develops plans to target new customers in alignment with the sales strategies.
- Retains existing customers by keeping a consistent, professional and efficient flow of communication with the clients in relation to their service requirements and needs.
- Monitors client accounts proactively and coordinates with the said clients on any new development relative to pricing and ; immediately addresses the complaints of clients.
- Attends regular sales meetings and submits the required weekly sales report.
- Responds to sales leads from various sources (internal and external) in a timely manner and provides feedback to the sources.
- Safekeeps pertinent records.
- Coordinates with the internal support group to ensure professional, timely and efficient client servicing.
- Raises any issues or concerns that may hamper the realization of planned objectives to the immediate supervisor.
- Expand his or her skill set through participating in conferences, workshops, classes or talks required by management.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- With at least 3 years experience in sales, marketing, business development and customer-service
- Graduate of any business-related course
- With experience in Logistics is an advantage
- Willing to travel
- Resourceful, innovative, persuasive and excellent in building client network
- With good communication and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From Php20,000.00 per month
