As a Service Process Architect Associate Manager, you will help Market and Market Unit Leads in Sales Excellence manage their portfolio by providing trustworthy advice. You will:Help the Service Offering Lead and Service Process Architect Manager design and implement a smooth process to onboard our acquisitions and assess their performance regularly.Assist the Service Process Architect Manager in developing, executing and improving the processes of your assigned service offering.
Handle day-to-day processes effectively.
- Contribute to efforts of the CPM, Application Architecture, Analytics and Change Management teams to encourage stakeholders to use the available processes, tools and training.
Participate in feedback gathering efforts to enhance service offerings
