Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Estimating Assistant to support our estimating team with email outreach, data entry, and project research. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.Key Responsibilities: Conduct research using a third-party database to identify projects that meet company standards.Locate and verify necessary contact information for relevant projects.Send pre-written promotional emails to all identified contacts for each project.Maintain accurate records of sent emails and contact details.Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Qualifications: Proficiency in Gmail and basic online directory searches.Strong written and spoken English skills.Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency. Preferred Skills: Same time zone (CST) availability for smoother communication.Enjoys data entry and research tasks.
