Job Description & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical industry, with a focus on panel boards and switchgear
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events

Work Environment
- Office-based with frequent travel to customer sites and industry events
- Collaborative work environment with regular interaction with various departments

Performance Metrics
- Achievement of sales targets and quotas
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Number of new accounts developed
