Sales Engineer (Urgent)

URGENT HIRINGWork Location: Valenzuela CityJob Type: Full-timeSalary Range: To be discussed during the interviewJob Description & Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in related field- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical industry, with a focus on panel boards and switchgear- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and solutions- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry eventsWork Environment- Office-based with frequent travel to customer sites and industry events- Collaborative work environment with regular interaction with various departmentsPerformance Metrics- Achievement of sales targets and quotas- Customer satisfaction and retention rates- Number of new accounts developed- Quality and accuracy of sales reporting and forecasting@NAB**
