Sales Engineer (Supervisory)

Responsible for driving sales performance, managing a sales team, and building and nurturing client relationships.Duties and Responsibilities:-Present and promote all company products and services to current and prospective clients.-Identify new sales prospects and engage with these and other assigned accounts.-Conduct targeted sales activities, including presentations to design and architectural firms and real estate brokers, to generate leads.-Conduct daily follow-ups on leads and referrals from field activities.-Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.-Address and resolve client issues within 24 hours, coordinating with Managers as necessary.-Prepare status reports covering daily field activities, account status, closed accounts, and follow-ups based on quarterly goals.-Present monthly KPI reports and performance concerns in Mancom Meetings.-Supervise and support Sales Representatives, providing training and coaching plans quarterly.-Conduct monthly performance reviews with direct reports.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.-With 5 years of experience in managing corporate or institutional accounts in construction, architectural design, or a similar field.-Strong business acumen with a focus on new opportunities.-Willingness to travel across business locations.-Amenable to work onsite in Manresa, Quezon City
