They are currently seeking a Sales Engineer for Process Automation and Drive Automation, with at least three years of relevant experience. Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer for Process Automation and Drive Automation Systems will be responsible for developing new markets within the Industrial Plant and Infrastructure Automation System sector in the Philippines. This role focuses on driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Achieve KPIs, including personal sales budget and target strategy.Develop new business opportunities for Process Automation and Drive Automation Systems within Industrial Plant and Infrastructure sectors in the Philippines.Maintain and cultivate strong customer relationships.Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry and market trends.Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company growth targets and profit margins.Conduct competitor analysis in relation to the company's business within the territory.Draft or assist in the creation of presentations and other materials that effectively explain products and services to customers.Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, helping to communicate product offerings and meet client needs.Engage in commercial and technical discussions with customers, supported by FESP Partners; gather customer requirements and coordinate with the factory to meet their needs.Propose solutions to prospects and maximize sales opportunities.Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.Perform other duties as assigned by the President and the Sales Manager. Key Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.Minimum of three years of relevant product or sales experience.Strong technical knowledge of DCS, SCADA, PLC systems, MV-Drive, MV-Inverter, LV-Drive, LV-Inverter, and other industrial automation products.Proven sales track record in the Industrial Plant Sales environment.Experience with Multi-National Companies is an advantage.Preferred experience in site work (e.g., design of DCS or PLC software, electrical work, testing, commissioning, project management).Strong network of prospective customers, distributors, consultants, and contractors in the Philippines.Ability to respond quickly and report effectively.Knowledge of industrial market trends.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven, and a team player.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to work with multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.Customer-centric with strong relationship-building abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and attend industry events.
