You'll make a difference by: Being responsible for profitable growth of Building Products for Fire Detection, Alarm and Evacuation, Extinguishing, Public Address and Voice Alarm, and Digital Business in the Philippines. Driving Fire Safety business growth through indirect sales channels including Value-Added Partners, Consultants, Project Management, End-Customers, and Property Developers. Increasing market share for Extinguishing systems in targeted verticals as per business strategy. Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, designers, specifiers, and customers. Collaborating with ASEAN segment promoters to develop necessary sales and technical expertise. Maintaining a monthly sales funnel with accurate forecasting and ensure revenue margins meet targets. Developing existing sales partners, support their productivity and growth, and provide training and on-boarding for new partners. You'll win us over by:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Fire Science, or related field, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing of Fire Safety and PA/VA Systems. Having experience in channel/partner management and business development. Having knowledge of relevant Fire Safety Standards, Regulations, and Codes. Being familiar with BMS, HVAC, and Security Systems is advantageous. Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus. Having an established network of end-customers, consultants, designers, and specifiers is essential. Proven experience in channel selling through distributors or resellers, with the ability to drive business partners to achieve sales targets Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!
