Sales Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and design customized solutions that align with customer needs.
Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Contribute to the creation of technical proposals and documentation that outline the value proposition and implementation details of our solutions.
In-depth understanding of the company's products or services, as well as their technical specifications, features, and benefits.

Required Skills:

Candidate must have (5) or more years of work experience in selling preferably with background and exposure on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industries.
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering course. Licensed / Registered Engineer is an advantage.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
