Proactively develop customer relationships and have a connection with influential decision-makers in the business on target growth region in Visayas and Mindanao Handle Volume Sales and meet targeted KPIs. Build rapport and resolve customer issues in a constructive and consultative manner. Develop good rapport with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, Building Owners, and Builders Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalize on all lead opportunities, orders, and contracts. Build key relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholders. Estimating, tendering, and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up Proven track record in sales handling business-to-business (b2b) Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus Holds a driver's license and must be open to travel. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong experience with reporting, forecasting and pricing. Knowledgeable in CRM and Salesforce Proactively present solution to customers. Experience in Construction Equipment or Material is a Plus An Individual who thrives under remote guidance and assistance.
