Sales Engineer

Work Area: Valenzuela City

Qualifications/Education:

Electrical Engineering Graduate
Experienced - 5 years and up
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical industry, with a focus on panel boards and switchgears.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Work Environment:

Office-based with frequent travel to customer sites and industry events.
Collaborative work environment with regular interaction with various departments.
Performance Metrics:

Achievement of sales targets and quotas.
Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Number of new accounts developed.
Quality and accuracy of sales reporting and forecasting.
