Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver detailed, technical presentations to customers, explaining how our products and services work, and how they can benefit the customer's specific needs.
• Customer & Product Assessment: Collaborate with clients to assess their technical requirements, ensuring that our equipment and solutions meet their expectations and specifications.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Offer assistance where necessary to help secure new business and manage customer relationships.
• Order & Product Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely order fulfillment, product quality standards are met, and that products are delivered according to customer specifications and timelines.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with both the product and the service.
• Product Customization & Modifications: Work with the engineering team to plan and implement product modifications when necessary to meet unique customer requirements.
• Technical Support & Problem Solving: Provide post-sales support to clients, assisting them with troubleshooting product issues and ensuring effective use of the equipment.
• Product Recommendations & Cost-Efficiency: Identify opportunities to recommend new and improved products to clients, highlighting how these solutions can be more cost-effective or efficient for their needs.
