Job Summary: The Sales Engineer will develop new markets for UPS in the Philippines and maintain excellent relationships with the end users.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
? Achieve the KPI(Personal sales budget, target strategy)
? Develop a deep understanding of the company's technical products or services, and the industry and market trends.
? Develop sales strategies and implement plans to achieve company growth sales targets and profit margins.
? Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements support throughout the sales process.
? Drafts or assists with drafting presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.
? Provides expertise and support to the sales team to communicate products, services, and client needs.
? Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the technical capabilities and benefits of products or services
? Ensures that customers' needs are met, which may include product modifications.
? Stay updated on competitors' offerings and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive.
? Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
? Possesses strong technical knowledge of UPS.
? Preferably knowing UPS, Middle Voltage Switchgear, Power Transformer, and Distribution Transformer is an advantage.
? Relationship with Gen Con of Data Center Buildings and/or Banks is an advantage.
? Proven sales track record in Industrial Plant Sales business environment.
? Candidates with Multi-National Companies' experience is an advantage.
? Candidates with site work experience (e.g., Electrical work, testing, and commissioning, project management, etc.)
are preferred.
? Have good contact & network of prospective customers/ distributors/ consultants/ contractors in the Philippines.
? Quick response and reporting.
? Keep abreast of the industrial market trends.
? Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
? Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven, and a team player.
? Results-driven mindset on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
? Resourceful with the ability to work with people of multi-cultural and cross-function teams.

? Someone from Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens would be preferred.

Education and Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or field related to products and services being sold is preferred.
? At least three years of related products or sales experience is required.
Working Hours: Weekdays - 9 am – 6 pm
Holidays: Weekends, Philippine National Holidays
