Non-negotiable  Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other relevant disciplineAt least 10 years of corporate sales or business development experienceExperience with Engineering end users Energy, Renewables and Powerplant sectorsEstablished track records in sales or business development initiativesDemonstrated success in sales to C-Level executives, engineering personnel, procurement officers.Broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networksExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and people management skillsAmenable to work  onsite in OrtigasWilling to be on a dayshift to midshift scheduleCan start ASAP Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute sales plans and coordinate sales efforts to achieve revenue targets through strategic account planning and networkingIdentify, understand and define customers needs, objectives and business requirements to design high value proposition solutionsDevelop presentation materials and demonstration scenarios for sales presentationsCommunicate the business requirements to project/implementation team after completion of sales to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stageContribute to pipeline and revenue increase, through participation and coordination of lead generation activities, including customer workshops, tradeshows and company eventsCollaborate with relevant business units in the Philippines and/or ASEAN and our strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization where applicableBuild, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partnersRemuneration is based on an On-Target Earning scheme
