Sales Engineer For Components

Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer will develop new markets for the Components business in the Philippines.
Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers to achieve the sales target.
The main areas to cover are Batangas and Laguna areas.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
? Achieve the KPI(Personal sales budget, target strategy)
? Develop new business opportunities for the Components business, especially Low Voltage Drives, Instruments, and UPS while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.
? Develop and implement sales strategies/plans to achieve the Company's target growth, sales, and profit margin.
? Conduct competitor's analysis vis-à-vis FESP business in the territory.
? Create new sales leads, build a channel base, deal with dealers, distributors, and other channel partners, and build relationships with OEM, consultants contractors, etc.
? Be actively involved in commercial and technical discussions with customers, gather customers' requirements, coordinate with the factory on customers' needs, and submit solution proposal/s to prospects to maximize sales opportunities
? Be responsible for end-to-end customer management and ensure the timely collection of receivables.
? Drafts or assists with drafting presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.
? Provides expertise and support to the sales team to communicate products, services, and client needs.
? Conduct Product Technical Presentations with customers if necessary.
? Actively involved in commercial and technical discussions with customers with the support of FESP Partners.
Gather customers' requirements and coordinate with the factory on customer's needs.
Conducts solution proposals to prospects and maximizes sales opportunities.
? Stay updated on competitors' offerings and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive.
? Prepares Monthly sales report for Management review.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
? Attends Weekly Sales Briefing and Discussions with the Team.
Qualifications:
? Possess strong technical knowledge of Low Voltage Drives/ VFD Inverters (Low/ Medium Voltage), Instruments, UPS, and Automation (e.g., Servo, PLC, HMI, etc.).
? Proven sales track record in Drives and Automation business environment.
? Strong background in inverters or AC drives.
? Candidates with Multi-National Companies' experience is an advantage.
? Candidates with site work experience (e.g., Electrical work, testing, and commissioning, project management, etc.)
are preferred.
? Have good contact & network of prospective customers/ distributors/ consultants/ contractors in the Philippines.
? Quick response and reporting.
? Keep abreast of the industrial market trends.
? Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
? Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven, and a team player.
? Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
? Resourceful with the ability to work with people of multi-cultural and cross-function teams.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
? Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
? Someone from Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens would be preferrable.
English level: Business
Other Language: English

Education and Experience:
? A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a field related to products and services being sold is preferred.
? At least three years of related products or sales experience is required.
Working Hours: Weekdays - 9 am – 6 pm

Holidays: Weekends, Philippine National Holidays

? Salary: 40,000 PHP – 90,000 PHP (it is negotiable)
? Industry: Process Automation (Steel, Cement, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Water Treatment, etc)
Drive Automation (Power Plant, Steel, Mining, Cement, Tire, Food & Beverage, Water Treatment, etc)
? Products: DCS, SCADA, PLC System, MV-Drive, MV-Inverter, LV-Drive, LV-Inverter, Instruments.
?Target age: 28-38 years old
?There are 4 members (Sales manager, Senior Sales Engineer, and 2 sales engineer)
