Ugong Norte, Quezon City (along C5, near Bridgetowne and Eastwood City)Preferably with a valid driver's license and can drive a 4-wheel vehicleCan work with minimal supervisionWith experience/knowledge in Air-conditioning is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure harmonious business relationships with newly established and existing clientsDevelop potential clients or projects and close salesConduct product presentations to demonstrate how it will meet client needsCreate price quotations, proposals, and contracts according to customer requirementsPrepare purchase order confirmation (POC) sheets for processingCoordinate with Sales Planning Division regarding the availability and deliveries of itemsPrepare weekly and monthly sales reportsParticipate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls and sales trainingParticipate in project listing and sales forecastingCollect account receivables promptlyAttend company-organized events to promote company products
