Our client is looking for a Sales Enablement Officer to provide support to the sales team by providing customer data insights, deploying programs to improve sales performance, and handling administrative. The work setup is Hybrid, with a Monday to Friday schedule, and the office is based in Makati City, Philippines.
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee enablement initiatives and optimize approaches.
* Facilitate alignment and training to improve sales processes.
* Track metrics and KPIs to demonstrate business impact.
* Identify new analytics opportunities for growth.
* Analyze business performance and provide reports.
* Process and reconcile sales orders.
* Assist with billing and reconciliation.
* Advocate for analytics and support sales teams.
* Ensure accurate forecasts with stakeholders.
* Train and evaluate sales teams.
* Improve administrative processes.
* Plan and promote events and training.
* Oversee special projects and track progress.
* Engage in educational opportunities.

Key job qualifications include:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
* 5+ years in Business Administration, 3+ years in managerial roles.
* Background in consumer or fashion/retail marketing.
* Experience in data analysis for sales planning and forecasting.
* Ability to assess risks with stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of the sales environment.
* Experience with content and learning management systems.
* Ability to build relationships with sales and marketing teams.
* Fast learner with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Familiar with budget planning and customer service.
* Willing to travel within the Philippines
