Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
10 years of Sales working experience in Retail/Fintech/Financing/FMCG Companies.

Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing sales plans and strategies
Managing and maintaining sales operations/teams.
Provide strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
Outlining and managing sales budgets.
Setting and motivating sales goals
Creating sales reports
