The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve these targets while expanding the customer base. Additionally, they RequirementsResponsibilities and Duties: • Build and manage close relationships with B2B top-tier clients. • Represent the Commercial Team within the wider gaming industry with authority, know-how, and professionalism at all times • Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. • Work closely with Product and Project Management to secure shipping quotas. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. • Monitor and exploit expansion opportunities in the territory or assigned markets. • Manage multiple B2B clients in a professional and organized manner with regular client review meetings, backlogs of client requirements, and up-to-date client documentation. • Work with clients to compile data and insights to assess product performance compared to competitors. • Ensure clients are optimizing offerings through close collaboration and assistance. • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth through a combination of new customer acquisition and upselling to existing clients. • Deliver client revenues in line with company forecasts. • Develop new business initiatives with existing clients to extend revenues. Profile Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account or commercial management roles within the gaming industry, covering areas such as sales, finance, operations, product, or project management. • At least 3 years of experience specifically in the gaming or related industries. • Extensive network of contacts and established relationships within the gaming sector. • Proven track record of supporting key account growing business portfolios, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. • Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with executives, peers, and associates.
