Job Summary:
The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing specific sales regions or product segments.
This role focuses on implementing sales strategies within their designated area and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sales plans for assigned regions/segments in alignment with company goals.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Associate Sales Directors and Sellers.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Maintain key client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Report on sales performance and forecasts to upper management.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated success in regional or product sales leadership roles.
• Strong team management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Deep knowledge of the sales process, market conditions, and industry trends.
• Must be a Licensed Broker


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
