Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accountsLead and optimize cold calling operations and outbound sales initiativesDesign and implement lead generation strategies to drive conversion ratesBuild and maintain a high-performing sales team focused on digital marketing and AI software solutionsCreate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessEstablish key performance metrics and tracking systemsCollaborate with marketing team to align lead generation effortsProvide regular reporting on sales performance and market insightsRequired Qualifications3-5 years of sales operations management experienceProven track record in B2B sales, specifically in digital marketing and/or AI software solutionsDemonstrated success in cold calling strategies and lead conversionExperience building and managing high-performing sales teamsStrong understanding of digital marketing processes and AI technology applicationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience with CRM systems and sales automation toolsKnowledge of current AI trends and applications in businessTrack record of exceeding sales targetsExperience in SaaS salesMBA or relevant advanced degreePreferably living in CebuWork from home in the meantime but will report to work onsite once the site is operational
