Job Description This is an on-site contract role for a Sales Director at Megaworld Global-Estate, Inc., to focus on the following projects:
Prana Garden Villas at Sherwood Hills in Trece Martires, CaviteTulip Garden & PAHARA at Southwoods CityAlabang West at Daang Hari, Las Pinas CityWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, overseeing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional departments. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets are required.
