Sales Director For Business Development

This position will drive direct sales into major and territory accounts by crafting and implementing strategic account plans, passionate about attaining broad deployments of Eviden products and services.
The candidate will develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers in accounts and with channel partners and bring these to bear during the sales process.
The position will also coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work.
Responsibilities:Generates, coordinates, and supervises closure of sales opportunities for private sector companies.Builds and maintains winning strategic sales plans, utilizing multiple prospecting techniques to include calling, networking, market research, and strategic positioning.Acts as a trusted advisor to influence customer's technology platform decisions and develop preference and dedication for Eviden products.Assists in RFP and RFI responses, bringing together strategies, competitive insights, price-to-win analysis, win themes, and customer hot buttons.Attends customer meetings and makes presentations to individuals and groups.Consultatively identifies and positions end-to-end solutions to affect the closing of new sales opportunities.Requirements:At least 10 years of experience selling into the public sector.Excellent communication and social skills.Proven track record of working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Strong customer leadership skills; highly motivated self-starter.Strong attention to detail and strong writing skills.Sharp strategic acumen and ability to manage ambiguity.Inventive, self-motivated, and driven to be the best.
