Sales Development Staff

Acts as one of the Company's Customer Representative.
Receives and closely monitors RFQ's / inquiries, samples, PPAP submission and ensures the attainment of customer satisfaction at all times.
Monitors the proper development and smooth flow of new item from Feasibility, quotation stage up to PPAP.
Sample delivery and approval until initial test production stage.
