Sales Development Representatives (On-Site)

Brief CC.Talent is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representatives to join our team! In this role, you'll be instrumental in promoting our outsourcing services through high-volume, outbound calls to businesses. Using an autodialer system to streamline calls, your focus will be on building interest, engaging in conversations that generate leads, and supporting our sales objectives.
Client Details We are a rapidly growing staffing company specializing in software development talent, supporting medium to large firms across various countries. Our inclusive culture fosters respect and flexibility, enabling them to connect clients with highly qualified professionals to meet specific business needs.
Responsibilities Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to business contacts using our auto dialer system.
Clearly and effectively communicate our outsourcing services, aiming to build interest and rapport.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs as defined during training.
Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments as needed to move them through the sales funnel.
Accurately log call information and manage leads in our CRM to support team alignment.
Job requirements Qualifications 1+ year in sales/telesales or 2+ years in customer service.
Familiarity with CRM systems and autodialers is preferred.
Experience with cold calling or email outreach (a plus).
Excellent verbal communication, adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity.
Excellent research, communication, and data analysis skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
