Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3 hours flexible, 5 hours overlap during EST business hours
Salary range: $1,100 - $1,300 per month
Responsibilities Generate new leads through various channels, including LinkedIn research, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, databases, and other sources. Enrich leads with contact information using Clearbit, Hunter.io, and ZoomInfo. Conduct in-depth research on target companies and decision-makers. Craft personalized cold emails to send to targeted leads and move to a closing call. Cold call decision makers and buyers to generate interest and move to a closing call. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system. Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads for a steady pipeline. Follow-up with prospects and interested clients; triage prospects to recruitment team. Build long-term relationships with prospects for future sales opportunities. Work closely with sales and recruitment teams, plus senior management and CEO. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably in recruitment or headhunting. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools, including Salesforce, Close.com, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Hunter.io, and G Suite. Can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with initiative. Familiarity with US business culture is a plus. Requires minimal supervision.
