As an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 2 years in outbound sales, your primary focus will be on generating a high volume of calls, averaging 150-200 calls per day.
What you'll be doing:

? Initiating contact with prospective clients through a combination of cold calls and emails.
? Thoroughly evaluating accounts and prospects based on well-defined criteria

? Identifying the unique needs and challenges of prospects and effectively recommending suitable products and services

? Proactively scheduling meetings and calls between prospective clients and account executives

? Diligently rescheduling and following up with prospects if initial meetings do not materialize.
Qualifications and Requirements:

? Experience with B2B, enterprise-level sales is highly desired.
? A strong work ethic and unwavering determination.
? Resilience to handle rejection and the ability to persevere in a high-volume calling environment.
? Excellent communication skills to engage prospects effectively.
? Previous experience in cold calling is highly advantageous.
? Coachability and a team-focused mindset to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.
? Proficiency in using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Loft, Outreach, Apollo, Salesforce, and other similar platforms is expected to maximize your success in this role.
