Sales Development Representative

• Previous experienceat least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Resilience:Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Driven to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision.
•Ability to quickly learn about different industries and tailor communication accordingly.
• Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work with other departments to achieve shared goals.
