Sales Development Representative

• Previous experienceat least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.• Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification.• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).• Resilience:Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment• Driven to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision.•Ability to quickly learn about different industries and tailor communication accordingly.• Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work with other departments to achieve shared goals.Budget: 45K-50K
