Sales Development Representative

Overview As a Sales Representative you would initiate outbound communications through various strategies. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities JOB Duties: 1. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients and convert them to actionable leads for
the sales team.
2. Qualify leads through research and initial outreach to understand their needs.
3. Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
4. Proactively reach out to potential clients through email, phone, and social media.
5. Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
6. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads until the point of meeting with GTM team.
7. Align business solutions with prospective clients.
8. Collect market data before and during client outreach to understand prospective customer needs.
9. Use CRM to accurately manage and note calls, leads, and opportunities.
10. Maintain accurate records of leads passed to sales and the success of leads converted to
opportunities.
11. Stay current on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Qualifications JOB Requirements: Very good communication skills
Positive attitude and engaging
Experience with CRM tools (ex. Salesforce) (nice to have)
Ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve problems.
Strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
