Job Description
As a Sales Department Manager, you will lead the establishment and promotion of an efficient sales system, formulate customer acquisition strategies, and develop sales channels.
Sales Team Management:
·Build a highly motivated and professional sales team.
·Evaluate team members' performance and support their career growth.
·Create training manuals and support the education and development of staff.
Performance Management:
·Set KPIs and monitor and analyze the performance of the sales department.
·Manage daily, weekly, and monthly results and team activities to support goal achievement.
·Prepare and share weekly and monthly progress and performance reports with senior management.
Sales System Establishment and Promotion:
·Formulate and execute sales strategies based on market and competitor analysis.
·Explore and contract new partnerships for customer acquisition.
·Plan sales strategies, including telemarketing, to strengthen relationships with existing partners/customers. Qualifications Requirement
·Bachelor's degree or higher
·Sales Management Experience in the Financial Industry (at least 5 years preferred)
·Proven Track Record in Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Strategy Planning, and KPI Management
·Experience in Developing and Managing Partnerships (with entities related to motorcycles and cars, such as insurance companies, repair shops, parts shops, etc.)
·Team Management Experience
·Excellent Communication Skills and Leadership
·Ability to Communicate in English
·Experience in Underwriting Sangla OR/CR Loans (motorcycle and car collateral loans)
·Extensive Experience in Analog and Small-scale Consumer Loans (not fintech-related)
·Stable Work History (not having frequently changed jobs recently)
·Experience in Selling Sangla OR/CR Loans (motorcycle and car collateral loans). Experience at Asialink or its related ·companies (Cycle Finance, Global Dominion) is preferred.
·Experience Working in Japanese Companies
·Experience in Launching New Financial Businesses
·Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Online Channels
·Ability to Communicate in Japanese
·Experience in Developing Credit Criteria and Credit Processes, or Similar Experience English Level Business
