Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Delivery Manager to oversee the management of presales accounts, client relationships, and the coordination of resources. This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of presales engagements while driving strategic customer-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background and demonstrate leadership in presales management.Job Responsibilities: Overall management of presales account, including the day-to-day management of all resources assigned to presales and the management of the client relationshipEnd-to-end Presales Management responsibilities including proof of concept completion, issue management, change control management, resource and budget management, knowledge transfer, publishing recurring status reports, overseeing the creation and sign-off deliverablesOversee the assessment, discovery, design, and configuration of service engagements for our clients.Effectively communicate plans, progress and status/updates to both internal staff and customers.Provide leadership and mentoring to presales team membersManagement of standard support RequirementsBusiness Management graduate or any relevant fieldMust possess project management skillsMust be an expert at developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients; Excellent communication skills and ability to understand clients' needs.Must be a natural leader: Able to build collaborative relationships with supervisors and peers; Able to delegate responsibilities with ease; Able to provide constructive feedback and praise; Able to understand and educate others.Must be strategic thinker; Able to understand the 'Big-Picture";Able to think quickly and adeptly when solving complex problems; Exceptional with time management and organization. Requirements
