Sales Customer Supervisor

Job Description Leadership - Delegate and review team's tasks properly, promote the improvement of team's mindset in order to deliver efficient engagement with customers and collaboration with other stakeholders internally.?
Sales Analysis and Reporting - Provide various daily and monthly sales report, monitor the report of budget and sales data analysis and responsible for the authorization of SAP key user.?
System and Process Enhancement - Implement process enhancement and improve productivity and maintain pricing, promotion / discount scheme on system. ?
Project Management - Spearhead special projects as assigned and acts as process expert of the Country Sales Organization.?
Sales & Logistics Support - Manage stock management and monitor back order, collaborate with logistics team for warehouse productivity improvement like VAS, customer complaints and posting of invoice in lead-time.?
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in order-to-cash management and process Bachelor's degree preferably in any business-related courses
Experience in managing people and has high focus on customer satisfaction
Has strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problem and develop solutions as well as can manage multiple priorities. Pro-active, has structure and process-oriented mindset.?
Proficient in SAP sales and distribution module, Power BI, and MS Excel.
Pro-active, has structure and process-oriented mindset., values accuracy & detail-oriented, excellent communication skill and able to provide guidance to relevant stakeholders
