Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Job Description:
1. Sales and Lead Conversion Reports: - Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead conversion reports.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve sales performance.
2. CRM Maintenance and Controls: - Maintain and update Hubspot CRM with accurate and timely information.
- Monitor and escalate issues related to course advisors, ensuring smooth operations.
3 . Monitoring Sales Activities:
- Track and report on daily activities across soft phone, SMS, and other sales channels.
- Ensure all sales activities are documented and analyzed for performance improvements.
4. Revenue Maximization: - Support the Demi Education Group in maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Utilize Hubspot CRM to track and convert leads efficiently.
5. Business Canvassing: - Conduct email campaigns to establish and nurture partnerships, referrals, and student alumni upskilling opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive business growth.
6. Record Keeping: - Keep detailed records of partnership agreements and contact information.
- Ensure all partnership data is accurately loaded and maintained in Hubspot.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, with certification required.
- Experience with Power BI and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and adept at producing detailed reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Preferred background in sales coordination or a related field.
- Experience in outbound calling.
- Skilled in generating reports in HubSpot and Excel for sales performance and lead conversion.
- Fluent in English with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and previous experience working with universities or educational institutions.
