About the role
The position of Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our Sales Coordinator Team, on a day to day basis with operational matters. They will require exceptional attention to detail, ability to delegate tasks, prioritise the work provided in a high paced work environment and the confidence to show initiative to make decisions that benefit the company.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited it:
Act as the first point of contact for our customers and clients including our BYOD parents
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and cases
Processing customer orders and enquiries within SLAs
Maintaining order and case quantity across the month to meet your KPIs
Assist in the uptake of additional tasks as per the business needs
Ensure backorders are maintained and supplier invoices regularly followed up
Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
About you
Your ability to work in a team environment, have a curious mindset towards problem solving and excellent customer service skills will see your success in this role. You will also possess:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience working in administration / sales processing / customer service
A high degree of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and dedication to follow through
Confident, energetic and self-motivated individual
Experience with SalesForce and ServiceCloud highly advantageous
