Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator will provide to essential support to company's Pricing department and in-house customers by facilitating communication regarding company's services and pricing coordination. This role involves reaching out to current and potential customers to build strong relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Sells the services by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
Contacts potential and existing customers and send regular emails to inform them about the company's services and promotions.
Send approved quotes approved by internal Pricing to customers.
Prepares weekly reports as may be required.
Ensures all customer calls/ visits/ and complaints are recorded with timely closure and valid root causes.
Requirements
Graduate of bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalentExperience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Customer ServicingExcellent written and verbal English skills1 to 2 years of work experience in the field of Sales or Customer ServicingComputer literacy; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment.
