Sales Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for the coordinating the requirements of signed sales contracts with related areas.
Provides value added service to customers by doing whatever reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations Operates the account management system Maintains a good understanding of clients serviced by designated Managers Creates lead bookings to trace for future business Contacts and arranges the entertainer services needed for functions Responsible for sending out the Post-Event Critique form with Thank You Letter at the end of each event Handles incoming telephone calls Maintains closecoordination with respective department heads on any unusual requests from client / decision makers Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence of designated Events Managers Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time Qualifications
Good oral and written communications College graduate Clerical experience for atleast 6 months Proficient in computer software Knowledge in Opera and Delphi Computer literate Amenable to work in Tagaytay Can start immediately #J-18808-Ljbffr
