Sales Coordinator

Develop and execute comprehensive market research and analysis focusing on
Government Agencies.

Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and stay
ahead
3.
Manage customer relationships and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and
support.
Respond to complaints from clients and give after sales-support when requested.

Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, providing insights and recommendations
5.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
6.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products adhere to client
specifications
7.
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and proposed improvements
8.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals/contracts and organizing of promotional material
or events.
9.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing & queries are handled
efficiently
10.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records & prepare reports
11.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
