-Develop and execute comprehensive market research and analysis focusing on Government Agencies.
-Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities ahead.
-Manage customer relationships and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support. Respond to complaints from client and give after sales-support when requested.
-Prepares and analyze sales performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.
