Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the organizations.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and documents

Inspect stocks and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stocks.
Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement activities
Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
Ensuring all stocks are packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
Compile and analyze data to generate reports and recommendations for process improvement
Assist in maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Monitor stocks levels and identifying purchasing needs
Researching potential vendors
Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Prepare cost analyses.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders.
Maintain records of compliance documents and reports
