They will require exceptional attention to detail, ability to delegate tasks, prioritise the work provided in a high paced work environment and the confidence to make decisions that benefit the company.Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for our customers and clientsAssist in the uptake of additional tasks as per the business needsProvide exceptional customer service via phone and emailEnsure backorders are under control and invoices regularly followed upAbout youYour ability to work in a team environment, have a curious mindset towards problem solving and excellent customer service skills will see your success in this role.
