Position: CWS Sales Executive The CWS Sales Executive is required to provide the highest standard of service and care to all corporate clients prior to and during the introduction of Crown's service.
Responsibilities: Ensure the company's management system is accurately updated with all necessary and appropriate information on a timely basis.Provide support to the CWS development of the company through the collection and passage of market and customer information and maximization of profit opportunity.Lead, Suspect & Prospect Management:
Conduct lead generation activities via cold calls, email campaigns, social media prospecting, etc.
Convert suspects into prospects through planned follow-up and understanding of requirements.Provide and sign contracts beneficial to the business and not less than the agreed GP margin percentage.Maintain and improve cross-functional relationships within CWS and work towards achieving revenue targets.Meet the sales target as agreed with the Business Head.Generate leads and qualify leads based on verticals and markets of choice.Follow up on the prospects and convert them to customers as per agreed deadlines with the Business Head.Market & Competition Information Management:
Keep Dynamics updated on all stages from Lead to Opportunity.
Update market knowledge including verticals, competition, technology innovation, and trends.Initial Customer Support:
Ensure smooth and complete transition of all the won projects to the business head and operations.
